Default Element is too small error message?

"Element is too small on screen" I have been getting this message when trying to fine tune objects in some drawings, why? I zoom in and I can see the distance just fine that the object should move, 3/128 not huge but noticeable. I have gotten this message at other times but I didn't measure it so I don't know the distance. So what is going on here?

    Tiffany,
Revit suffers from this problem. If you try to move an element in too small of an increment in relation to the screen you get that message and must zoom in further.

I've never received this error, but I believe it is actually a safeguard in the program.

Revit Structure prevents you from accidentally drawing an element, typically a wall, reference plane, or line, if it is less than 1mm on the screen. This helps you not to accidentally have a small element that you unintentionally wanted.

The solution in not getting this error is if you intend to make the element that small, zoom in the view first.
