AutoCAD crashes and reports a Fatal Error when exporting a Profile via Options

Hi all,

I have a problem with exporting a profile to a file.
Everytime I export profile Acad crashes with an error messege "Fatal Error....."
Any ideas what's causing this?

Are you exporting an AutoCAD profile (in the OPTIONS tab) or a "profile" as in Road profile or EG profile (from Land Desktop or Civil 3D)

Sorry I should've been clearer.
I am exporting ACAD profile from within "options" dialog box.

Any profile.
I've tried to importing good profile and export, tried different names, different locations (network, local) and still crashes.
I've sent erroe report to Autodesk dozen times with no responses, serached web user groups with no luck.
Last thing I wanna do is reinstalling from scratch.
Hope someone could help.
