Unable to get clients logo onto a title block

Hello,

I apologize if this is not the appropiate forum but would like to know why I cant get a clients logo onto a title block.? I tried an insert and it looked like it was there but when i send a plot file, the only thing there is the file location ( c:/ blahblah.etc...). Any insight would be much appreciated, thank you very much.

Is the logo in an image file? (bmp, jpg, tiff, etc..)
If so, the file needs to be available when the drawing is opened.
When sending outside your offices use eTransmit to ensure all files accompany the dwg file.
