Description Keys Edit Display

I am trying to get my description Keys working. I have them all imported from Land Desktop and I have been getting the settings the way I want them. The problem I am having is that when I first open the Template I can see all the description keys in the Editor. After I have edited a few settings. I am limited to the first page of the Description Keys and It will not let me go beyond the first page. I have tried setting the MAXSORT variable to 20000 but that did not fix it. The only way I can see all of my Description Keys is to close Civil 3d, restart and open the drawing, make a few changes to the settings and do it all over again.

Civil 3D 2007 SP3, Windows XP SP2,
