Not quite sure there has ever been one on just tool palettes; but it's probably been covered in other classes...

You're so kind, but sadly, I can't claim to be 'all knowing' until I can figure out all the gizmos on my cell phone.

As far as I know, we don't have any classes on tool palettes. That would be a good subject for a fast track.
