For future reference, it's best not to post a message using all Caps Lock ie. UPPERCASE as it makes it look like you are shouting.

    Thanks for your understanding.

Have you tried the AUGI Exchange?

Have you searched the Autolisp forum?

    I have ~5000 lisp routines.

Can you be a little more specific on what you want?

    That's hysterical!

What makes it hysterical is you are probably not exaggerating at all.
I HAD to do a quick F3 and found 440 on C: and 1962 in my archive.

    So, I can claim 2000

You could try searching Google Codesearch

    http://www.google.com/codesearch

...and use a search string such as "lang: autolisp (defun) color" for example to search for autolisp code that includes (defun) and color

The companies "library" contains about 300, but there were about 2000 in there a few months ago. I went through and deleted the difference a while back. Many were ancient, at least by computer standards (circa 1991).

Most of them did things that we can do now with AutoCAD itself, or ToolPac - others were so "not scalable" (hard coded blocks, paths) or they did something that we don't do anymore - so adios to the whole bunch.....

If I had time, I bet I could condense those 300 down to 88 actual files. There is no telling how much duplicate code is in there....
