Question AutoCAD LT 2007 closes when clicking next button in Layout Wizard

    Hi Folks,

I recently purchased/Installed AutoCad LT 2007 on Windows XP SP2. When I open the layout wizard and click "next" AC closes completely.

There is no error message shown, it just quietly and quickly exits the program.

I have downloaded all the available updates, and looked through the support area on AutoDesk.com and haven't found any downloads that sound relevant to the issue.

I have "repaired" the program using the installation disk.

I had the same problem when using the free trial. When I purchased the program, I completely uninstalled the trial before installing the legit version. So I suspect that re-installation is not the answer.

Can anyone suggest why this might be happening, or better yet, suggest a solution to the issue.

    Thanks in advance.

    Cheers

Have you installed all service packs and updates available? Looks like there are a total of 12 downloads, SP1 might be your best bet.
