Option to Save Imported Files in a Specific Folder

Summary: Have the abilty to save imported files in a specified folder rather than to the projects default

Description: I would like to have the option to save imported files in either a directory specified by the project or a check box to save in current location (were the neutrel format resides).

How Used: When importing files I would just have to pick a checkbox instead of browsing to a save location every time for parts and assemblies.
