Default AutoCAD LT 2006 - Lost my Function Keys [F]

    Hi

Fo r some reason none of my function keys are working in AuotCADLT2006 (i.e. F8 = Othagonal). It has only just started as this had not been a problem before today. I can only assume that one of my Clean up programs has screwed up a file, but I have no idea which file it would be? Can you help

    Hi

Have you checked to see if your CUI file that contains your Keyboard Shortcuts is loading properly / successfully ?

    Have a good one, Mike

Err what is the name of the file and what would tell me that it is loading correctlt. I have tried a reinstall but that made no difference. Last time this type of thing happened I had to completely uninstall and reinstall. Looks like this could be the case????

    Regards

    Neil

    Hi

Within the Customize User interface dialog box look at the Keyboard Shortcuts area within the AcadLT.cui ( guessing name here as I do not use AutoCAD LT ).

If that looks ok! before performing a complete un-install / re-install, try running a Repair Install instead.

    From earlier...

If you are running any kind of Registry Cleaning software, make sure you add Autodesk products to the ignore list - this will help prevent the Registry Cleaning software from messing with your installed Autodesk products.

    Have a good one, Mike
