Question, then-IF I were to find an online program that I could attend to obtain my civil engineering degree, would I be eligible for either of those free offers? How would I find out about that? Since I'm still in the search phase, I don't know if email addresses are offered for online students.

I don't see a FAQ or CONTACT US link, but it does say

"Please note that you must enter a valid, university issued email address to register:"


...so I guess you could always try...
