Default Revit limits angles to 0.100000100000°?

I was testing a complex family inside a project (Line-Based Detail component with radial arrays) and noticed that when it reached a certain size, it started misbehaving and breaking up. It seems that once one of my angle parameters reaches the threshold of 0.100000100000° (yes, I do need this angle in this case), it starts going haywire.

To prove this, I created a family with just a ref line and an angle parameter to a ref plane. Try typing in 0.1° in the attached family and it'll give you a "Constraints not satisfied" error. Has anyone ever encountered this before? It's not going to ruin my life, but I always want to make sure my families work correctly so I flex them beyond their useable limits and came across this anomaly. Perhaps someone from the Factory can chip in on this.....thanks in advance!

I didn't know that 0.100000100000° was the limit but I was aware that Revit doesn't like having really small numbers. It always goes haywire when you start going too small.
