Do you have a website? If so, you could post a working sample (with limited functionality) of your program and offer to sell it on your website via email. You would have to accept PayPal or something like that unless you get a "storefront" website (example: http://store.carlsonsw.com )

Make sure you compile your program to FAS or VLX before distributing it.

Will you offer support? Upgrades?
