Using Polor Stretch to Array some items and Rotate them at the same time

I am trying to use a polar stretch to array some items and and rotate them at the same time. My problem is that my rotation also moves my array entities which I don't want.

I know I didn't describe this very well so please check out my dwg.

DB's are 2D only as far as available actions. anyway, i didnt' see any 'DB' in your posted file, just solids.

i haven't been able to figure out some of those 'chained' associations when the polar stretch is involved either. sorry...

I figured it out. I took out everything I didn't need and recreated all the actions and now it is much simpler.
