Default Save Palette modifications show they can be shared with others

How do you save the Palette so that modifications to Palettes can be used at other machines. I read that you can do at customization and save it as an xtp file but cant find anywhere that allows you to save them

Go to tools=>customize=>tool palettes. In the dialog box you should be able to highlight and right click on a palette. The popup should have an export function.
