AutoCAD 2007 prompt for rotation on insert from Tool Palettes

When I go to insert an object from a pallet, is there any way to be able to rotate the object and pull it from the pallet in a single command?

Right now I click on the object in the pallet and then hit 'R' to rotate it and then pick my insertion point. What I want to do is pick the object and then be able to pick a rotation without having to keystroke the 'R'. It may sound picky, but it gets to be a hassle when I'm inserting lights or wall switches for a new commercial building and I would like to be able to be more efficient.

If you right click on the object in the pallet, you can set the default rotation; I suppose you could have object on the tool palette for different orientations - I think that would work.
