Updated .arg on network drive...how to update everyone's PC

My plan is to update the profile on the network as needed and the changes I make need to be updated on everyone's PC.

Would I have to create a startup switch within the shortcut on their desktop? Would I need for some code (Lisp or VB) to update the Profile?

Any advice?

I use a lisp function inside of "acad.lsp"
No "profiles" or "arg" files.
