    Default loop leader

    well its kinda goofy how Revit will not let you create a new arrow head type for leaders.
    so i went at it backwards and created a loop(annotation) that you can add a leader to.

    had an engineer not happy with pointing to rebar with an arrowhead.....
    so....

    i have attached it in case anyone else wants to use it
