I've installed Civil 3D 2007 and its LDT Companion and Civil Design Companion on a PC. I installed the wrong service pack for LDT. Instead of the companion service pack I installed the stand alone service pack. I had to uninstall all of the 2007 software and then reinstall it. When I tried to launch both Civil 3D and the LDT Companion it gave me a 9.1.4 and a 15.1.54 License Status message.

I've looked this up on Autodesk's knowledge base:

Neither has any real information on how to fix this. Anyone else come across this and fixed it? Any and all help is very much appreciated!

Since you have installed and reinstalled without success, I would follow the instructions HERE for removing it and start fresh.

I followed all of the steps in that process and no luck. There's something up with a DAT file under the "Security License" folder.

I'm still trying to figure it all out. Thanks though.
