Question Sharing Tool Palettes with other AutoCAD 2006 users, tools not in same order

Help! I have created quite a few tool palettes on our server. Using AutoCAD 2006. I export them directly to our server, and 3 of us have write rights, the rest do not. Read-only. (On purpose). We have 15 or so total workstations give or take. I am making the 'readers' look to the server for the tp, and a little lock icon appears on the lower left hand of their tp. (on purpose). I also have them categorized into groups. Seems to work...

I am trying to implement the tool palettes and the dynamic blocks, and am running into some road blocks (pardon the pun).

I have some ordered in a particular way, and on my pc the order looks fine. Others, not (3 to 5 guinea pig computers). A couple of icons refuse to display properly. (Look like white boxes). A certain set of tp refuse to make the icons very large. Like tiny little dots... they are dynamic light fixture blocks, and am assuming that vis state of a hidden (larger) state is causing this. I may need to divvy them into to two different blocks...?

The readers computer I can re-order the blocks on a single tp, but i cannot reload the image (due to the read-only state i am guessing).

What is wrong with the order of the blocks, any added text, etc?

Should I save to my local first, then copy to the server? I am getting a little frustrated.

I feel your pain. Someone else can help me out here, but I think the last time
I installed a version of AutoCad it asked me to set the user permissions during
the installation???? I am guessing here. I thought the installation could
setup the user with full access rights or read only rights.

    Thanks, Mike...
BTW, the "too small" icon problem was exactly how I had predicted.
The vis states in that same block seem to be what "made" the smaller icon. I made a copy of the dynamic block, erased the vis states with the larger "stuff" on it, (along with the vis states, actions and parameters), and after inserting that file into the primary file, now I just rename the block it is looking for and voila! The icons are automatically updating themselves...
