Constructs from project to project

Is there a way to copy construct, views, sheets in Project navigator from one project to another?
I know it can be done in Explorer, I just wanted to know if there is a way to do this in PN.

I answered my own question by using the help menu and using the drag and drop from Windows Explorer folder of old project to the active PN catagory of new project.
