    You just use whatever name you want for the command names. If you want to create aliases, edit the acad.agp file.

    well, I wasn't running code that called lisp, but I had similar VBA code that was producing the same results: by running the code in doc vs app context, and usingnon-modal forms, I was losing the mouse.
