Title Block Fields

Hi,

I am experiencing a new issue where the field attributes in my title block (that are linked to project details and properties) are disappearing on regen. I can't figure out what is causing this. If I regen, they all show up for a second, but then vanish again. If I go into "Options\User Preferences" and uncheck the "Display background of fields", then the fields stay visible.

Any ideas on this issue?
