If I have an MvPart in a drawing, but it's not a part of my catalogue, is it possible to add it to the catalogue without re-drawing a 3D block and using the content editor?

    Hi Thomas,

I was just looking at some old posts and saw that you hadn't received any responses to this one. If I understand your question correctly I think the answer to your question is yes.

What you would need to do is drag the MvPart onto your palette (or create a temporary palette and drag it to it) and then open your content browser, (right-click at the top and select always on top) navigate to the catalog you would like to add the tool, and drag and drop the MvPart from the palette to your catalog.

If I've completely missed what you were trying to do post back and I'll try again.
