Have you had trouble in showing something raised to the power of a value or showing a superscript? Here is an easy way to do that.

Type the desired character followed by a carrot symbol (^). Select both the character and symbol, then click on Stack button on top of the window.You can convert alphanumerals using this method.
eg: 20th Century (select th^), 100mm2 (select 2^)
DTeXt
Using Unicode values in supported fonts, we can show the same effect in DText (though it's limited). For example the following character combination show mm square using 'Romans' font.
mm\U+00B2
Using 'Microsoft Sans Sereif' font, the following gives you mm cube.
mm\U+00B3
