    Default Building Grade Plans

    Good afternoon all.

For each subdivision that we design, the municipality that we're in requires a building grade plan. (See attached) This will be our first project using Civil3D to complete the BGP.

I'm sure that Civil3D can calculate all of the points that are shown on the example (at least front and rear grades. The sideyard grades aren't always calculated the same way.) If anyone can show me how I can complete this, that would be awesome.

    Thanks.

You can use a feature line to define the Pad(s) and then set the target to your proposed surface. then you can either place a Slope label or Spot label. (Couldn't really tell what the labels were in the image).
Another method would be to use a corridor to define your pads.
