Open Associated IDW from Assembly/Part File

Summary: Be able to RMB and have the option to any IDW associated with that part/assembly. Using a fly out would work with multiple IDW associated files

Description: Being able to open an idw file while in an assembly or ipt workspace without going to file/open. The reverse is possible as we are able to open in part in the drawing workspace. Putting it in a right click options would be the best place for it, "open drawing file" link.

How Used: While working with many ipt parts or assemblies, being able to access the information that is on the drawing page and to see the results quicker. it gets alittle slow when you are working on the parts and you have to stop and go to file, open and then look for the idw.
