    Well, I did had some luck using attsync and battman, but it's just not working correctly. The block is broken for me now. Adjusting sizes breaks all sorts of stuff.

    Probably faster for me to draw every callout by hand, line by line!

    I would have thought that scaling it in the BE would work, asuming you adjust the stretch boundary

    That works too. That's how I develop my blocks. Draw in Imperial and scale down by .393700787402 for my metric ones

    Well back in the 1970's we WERE supposed to jump on the metric system here in the "States", I don't know what happened (?).

    I just remember in 6th grade learning about millimeters, centimeters, meters, liters, and stuff like that, and being told this was what we were changing to.

    (oh well....)

    Ok, so help me understand the basics on this one. I tried replicating the idea and it didn't work.

    Mine seems to move the stretch grip on the circle off of the circle when the circle changes size.. Also, when I move the center of the circle and then change the size of the circle it moves the leader off the other end and then you can't get it back to where it was.
