Where is the 3DOrbit Shortcut Menu in the CUI?

I can't find the 3DOrbit right click options in the Shortcut Menus in CUI. Are they listed anywhere in the CUI ?

Those are provided by the ACAD_VMTOOLS arx, and not in the CUI. Sorry.

Can I obtain the macros for the right click 3DOrbit shortcut options from this .arx file you refer to?

No, all you can do is click on each item and note what it does at the command prompt.
