Profile and sheet set manger load on startup

I have a user who has a profile try to load on startup but cannot be found. It also loads the sheets set manager on start up as well.
I have check registries, got rid of all profiles, tried to do a command line switch, and even reinstalled AutoCAD 2006 again. The problem still exists.

Anyone have any thoughts as to how this happened? It was not happening yesterday, but today it started.

This user should try to does that on AutoCAD Icon for ex. "c:\program files\AutoCAD 200x\acad.exe" /p

Those additional locations did help but not for this particular user. I am now getting a "unable to load profile file". The default file opens up and has the Sheet Set Manager window open. The switches do not stop the Sheet Set manager from opening.

Any additional thoughts
