Angry Map 3D 2005 and Raster 2005 conflicts?

I have been running Map 3d 2005 for several months. Recently I installed Raster Design 2005. I had trouble with XP profiles at first. Now when I open an existing drawing with images in it the program locks. Or when I try to insert an image the program either locks or crashes. I have talked to several people in the industry and this is not an uncommon problem.

Are there settings in Raster that need to be tuned for it to work on top of Map?

I'm ready to send my copy of Raster back to Autodesk and ask for my money back. No one I have talked to has had much luck with Raster and Map together.

    Thanks Micheal,

But non of these are of much help.
There seems to be some issues that Autodesk needs to address.
As I mentioned in my initial post, I have talked to several people in the industry and this is a common problem.
