Default Transfer AutoCAD 2007 attributes into Vault drawing properties

We're running ACAD 07 here and trying to use Vault to track our records. Is there any way that we could take the title block attributes and transfer them into the drawing properties?

What you have to do is log into the Vault Manager, and go to the "tools" drop down menu. There you'll see index block attributes. What you'll do in that Dialog box is enter the name of block with attributes you wish to index. you'll then need to reindex the vault, but the attributes will be available as properties.

Also before you do any of this do a Vault backup.
