Default ABS 2007.1 - Color 8 in CTB file appears to be linked?

I have setup a ctb for plotting in our environment. I started with the AIA Color LWT by Object.ctb file. For all 255 colors I set the following under properties:
    Color: Black
    Dither: On
    Grayscale: Off
    Pen #: Automatic
    Virtual Pen # Automatic
    Linetype: Use object linetype
Line end style: Use object line end style
Fill style: Use object fill style

I have changed the colors I use for our backgrounds to screening 35 and to use object lineweight. This works perfectly.

All the other colors I need to plot at the same lineweight. I set them to screening 100 and lineweight to 0.3000 mm. This also works perfectly.

My problem is color 8, that is the color we are using for existing elements and needs to plot screened. When I change anything in the color 8 plot style all of the other colors do the same, like they are linked. They do not display changes in the ctb file but when you plot nothing comes out right.

How can I stop this from happening?

I have attached the ctb in question.

I'm able to modify that CTB with no problems like you describe.

The version you posted shows color 8 to have the same properties as most, if not all the other colors.

That is correct. I left it like the others when I posted this. Its when you change color 8 things start acting goofy with the other colors.

Can you change color 8 to something screened on your end and post it? I will try that.

    Yes, correct file.

Colors 24,31,35,43,53,191,252 are different than the majority. Those are my background colors. It is color 8 that I left the same b/c when I change it, things start acting up.

I did a screen capture before and after turning grayscale on and setting the screening to 25 for color 8.

As you can see in the after picture, things that should not be screened are. Those colors are set to 100.

    What is causing this???

I have discovered it is the sheets. They are out of date.

I'm going to rebuild them, that will fix the problem.
