Exclamation Remove objects from selection set

C3d 07, if I have objects selected, one should be able to hit the shift button to deselect the object(s). This doesn't work for me in C3d 07, but does in Map 3d 07. Anyone else have the problem?

It seems to work fine for me. What objects are you having problems with? Or is it the same for all C3D objects?

They are actually plain acad objects, lines, polylines, etc.

I just tried it with lines and circles and it still worked for me, maybe a reinstall would fix your problem. I really don't know what is causing your problem, maybe you should post your question in the AutoCAD forum, because maybe it is not a C3D problem, but possible an AutoCAD problem?

It's got to be a problem in C3D, it works fine in Map 3d and LDD.

    Check OPTIONS>Selection

If "Use Shift to add to selection" is turned on, you can't use shift to remove from selection.

it's not checked. That's the first thing I checked, crossed checked the variables from Map to C3d, they are all the same. Still no worky.

OK, the next place I'd check is in CUI to see if the shift key is set as an override key.

The CUI and the deer hunter don't get along well.

Good point Earl didn't thinkof the CUI overrides.
