After converting DWG files to 2000 format, Copy & Paste no longer works

Mike I have installed DWGTrueConvert because unfortunately I still have Autocad 2000i but I have realized that a converts the drawing I don't succeed in making copy and paste. you know how to give me some suggestion?

After having converted the draw with DWGtrueConvert from Autocad 2004 to Autocad 2000 don't succeed in copying ( copyclip/pasteclip) objects from a draw to the other.
I hope to have been clear, my English is not good.
