Default NEED TO RECONCILE GRID WITH SNAP

    (AutoCAD 2009 / Windows XP)

The attached file is easy to fix just by creating a new file and pasting the block into a new file.

However, I have a larger more complicated file with the same problem. The problem (please see attached file) is that the grid points needs to be where the snap occurs at ½” interval. How can I change the grid nodes to match the snap points? I tried creating a new UCS (New), but the grid moves and not snapping to 0,0,0.

    Thanks

Have you tried the SNAP option of the GRID command?

    Thanks all for your input.
The "SNAPBASE= 0,0, then do a regen" did it!
    Thanks again.
