    Default Make AutoCAD talk

I recently saw a VLX (compiled lisp) file that allowed the user to type commands and have AutoCAD say the words you type. I assume it uses the Windows version of computerized speech but since it was a VLX file, I couldn't see how it was tapping into WHATEVER to make AutoCAD do this. Is there a way to do this in VBA? It seems like there should be something in Windows that lets you do it but can AutoCAD VBA tap into it?
