How can I change the linetype of a construction line? Whenever I draw one it only shows part of the line/arc or whatever. Sometimes it shows the middle, or one end.

How can I change the linetype of a construction line? Whenever I draw one it only shows part of the line/arc or whatever. Sometimes it shows the middle, or one end.

Need more information - in ipt or idw?
I'm going to assume ipt. Go to Help and make sure your graphics card and driver are certified for Inventor.

Try going to Tools>Application Options>Hardware tab and change from Direct3D to OpenGL. Reboot and check again. You might also try clicking the lowest radion button under the settings and work your way back up the list.

The problem was in ipt. I changed it to OpenGL and that fixed the problem. Thanks!!
