I think if you know the "tablestyle" you can modify the text heights in that.
When you hit "ok" or "set current" it updates.
Im pretty sure...

you can changed it by table style (if you do this be aware when you edit the style there are 3 separate tabs (one for the title, one for column headings, and the third for data cells).
