Door Window Vent Assembly

I have to set a door window venilator assembly in a wall space 8' wide & 8'8" high. A single 39"x84" door at one side & remaining width by a glazed window of sill ht.6". Remaining height is to be filled with glazed ventilator. Should I use curtain wall for this setup ? Or there is any door window assemly family in Revit like ADT

If I understand you correctly, the way I have done this is to add the glazing above the door the same way as you created the sidelight. The door family where I used this method is attached.

This is what, I looking for. Mullions for window & Vent is only req. which can be added now. Thaks ones again.
