    Default Multileader toolbar

I have loaded ACA 2008 on my Windows XP PC, but I cannot find the location of the leader toolbar. It does not show up when I right click on a toolbar button.

No it doesn't. You can go to the dimension pulldown and it appears there (you may need to turn on the dimension pulldown via the windows pulldown).
Alternatively just use the CUI to add it to the dimension tool bar.

It is an AutoCAD tool so you would need to load the acad.cui as a partial CUI.

The multileader tools are found on the dashboard.
