I want to create a door schedule and not schedule some of the doors such as bathroom stall doors. I do not think this is a phasing question so the question is how can I create a door schedule and select what doors I want to omit?

Filters.
Select or add a parameter with a common value for all the doors you want to eliminate (or show) and then filter the schedule with that parameter...

We usually use filters within the schedule itself (not the newer filter function that came about in the previous version). If you have doors you do not want to schedule, just stick an "x" or whatever character you want before the door number, and then tell the schedule to not include doors whose numbers begin with that character.
