Linked Structural Column not displaying in detail callout

Facts:

• Revit Building 9.1
• Linked Structural model
• Structural columns show fine everywhere except...

When I create a "detail" callout from a plan view, the columns no longer show up. If I create the callout using the "Plan" type, they show fine, but the view is created under floor plans and not details...

If I switch to course, they how up single line, but medium and fine - nothing...

Things I've checked:

• Visibility/Graphics (also thru linked tab)
• Worksets
• Detail level
• Far clip (there is no view range in this type of view, but I did try adjusting the parent)

Any suggestions?
