Would like Toolbar description to appear under toolbar button

In release 14 when you put your cursor on the tool bar icon, a description of the tool bar drops down under it and gives a description. In 2007 when you put the cursor on the tool bar the description is at the lower left side of the screen. Is there a way to put the description back under the icon button???

It sounds like you are looking for the TOOLTIPS system variable. Try setting it to 1 and see if that does what you want.
