Question Revising blocks when exploding not allowed

We create many 3D blocks for equipment that we don't want draftsmen to change on a regular basis. A possible control for this is to uncheck the allow explode button in the block creation dialog box. Is it possible to modify this block if the geometry changes?

You can make the block "explodable" by picking the name of the block from the pulldown in the Block Definition dialog box and checking the Allow exploding check box.

Yes, you can modify a block that is set to not allow explosion.

Select the block, right click, and select "Block Editor". You can then change it.

Or you can type "BE" to open the Block Editor. Then select the block you wish to edit from the available list.
