Lost my CUI dialog box

I seem to have lost my CUI dialog box can anyone tell me how to fix this.

when I type CUI in the command line it just sits there and does not show anything (the dialog box does not show)

thanks for the help. it still does not work. it is almost like it locks up I have to go into the Task Manager and shut down AutoCAD and restart it. the task manager says that it is running but it is just sitting there.
