Dynamic Block scaling with Annotative text

in the attached file are 2 blocks that as far as i can tell are the same in terms of properties. the text size in the block is 3/32" - so when scaled it will print at that size. property wise, both are annotative, unitless and have the same anno scale applied. however the block on top is not scaling correctly, and for the life of me i cant figure out why. it hopefully would be a better replacement for the larger block that i was having problems with, but it obviously is having its own issues.

is this just a case of the gnomes and i should remake it again? or is there some reason it isnt working that i have just over looked?

Not sure if you got this problem worked out or not. Im just now teaching myself about these DB and find it helpful to de-construct others work also. I think I got both of the blocks in your drawing working the way you wanted them to and they are attached. Sorry if you already worked it out but there werent any other responses so I wasnt sure.

i tried playing w/ 2008's features and DB's and discovered that there are several buggy issues in regards to DB's. untill the SP1 is released, i'm still in 2007. i hope they get fixed.....
