    If you do install it and it doesn't work remember you can use the driver roll back feature in Windows XP (assuming you are not using Vista).

    For further info look at this website and search for Aficio240w HDI Driver for Acad2007.

    it was a good try. still plots jpg funny.

    Well in that case, other than speaking to the manufacturer directly I don't have anything else to suggest.

    I really do think its a hardware/driver problem rather than an Acad problem though.

    If you do get a solution from the manufacturer (or elsewhere for that matter) then please post back as it may help others with the same problem.

    appreciate your help. i agree, it is a hardware/driver issue. wish i had some input prior to printer purchase (12/06). have request into ricoh for driver info. will let you know if they have a fix.
