Default How to link Block Attributes to Drawing Properties

I would like to drive my paper space title block attributes with the drawing properties custom properties. My search of the forums came up with a few discussions, but no information on how to actually do it.

We have some legacy seats of AutoCAD2004 here so Sheet Set Manager is not currently an option.

Is this something that requires coding (VBA, Lisp, etc) or is there a more direct way to do it? If code is required, does anyone have examples or links to some.

I am not a very experienced AutoCAD "under the hood" type so coding will be a new experience for me.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Depending on the information you want to place, you can use RTEXT, which is an express tool that works in 2004.
