Default can I create a color scheme for surface analysis by elevation?

I need an option that has contrasting colors adjacent rather than the canned ones that place similar colors together. I'm using 0.10 foot intervals on a volume surface to measure erosion/deposition in channel flows. Civil3d 2007, XP Professional

Once you build your surface and then display it using the scheme you choose, you can select it, right-click and select Surface Properties. In the Analysis tab, you will see your Range details at the bottom, simply double click on the color swath and change them as you wish.
