    Default How to dimension a Reflex Angle

    I am unable to dimension a REFLEX ANGLE, I can come up to 179d59'59" but cannot dimension past that does anyone know how to set the Dimension Style Manager to read above 180degrees. My work is mainly Land Survey Plans and I need this ability. Please send help!!!

    This is from the help menu from ADT 2007. Looks like it can't be done. I'm not sure about Civil 3D.
    Line Selection

    Defines the angle using two lines.

    Select second line:

    The program determines the angle by using each line as a vector for the angle and the intersection of the lines for the angle vertex. The dimension line spans the angle between the two lines. If the dimension line does not intersect the lines being dimensioned, extension lines are added as needed to extend one or both lines. The arc is always less than 180 degrees.

    Can't you use the obtuse angle instead?

    the solution is:
    use the command DIMANG

    Select arc, circle, line, or <specify vertex>:

    press Enter and specify 3 points, the first point must be the intersection of those lines, and the next 2 points are the endpoints of them (oposite)
    and Ready!!!
